 I have cured my diabetes

(and my wifes) so I wrote a book about it!

 

Diabetes is a cruel disease and if you don’t cure it, it will adversely affect your life!

I little about me: I am in my mid 50's, 6'2" and was about 300 pounds with most of that around my mid section. I found out I had Diabetes in the late 90's. I have the type of Diabetes that suggests that my pancreas is still producing insulin and I am insulin resistant.

This tells me that if I can loss the weight, and reset the insulin receptors at the cellular level, improve my health and fitness and allow my body to once again use its own insulin then I can get rid of the signs of diabetes. I did this through many steps as outlined in this book.

If you are taking insulin, or your pancreas has stopped producing insulin I do not think what I did will help much beyond greatly improving your overall health.

However, if your pancreas is still working, you are over weight and most of that excess fat is around your mid section, then you are like I was and I believe what I did may help you!

I am not a Doctor or Healthcare Professional in anyway. I am not trying to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease. I am just a Diabetic for many years and have studied and put into practice what I have learned to eliminate all signs of my Type 2 Diabetes. I am offering this information so you will know what I did. What you do with this information is up to you.

I do suggest that you talk over any treatment you do with your Doctor or Healthcare Professional, but ultimately your health is in your hands.

Since Diabetes is such a complicated disease, just taking a pill or changing my diet did not eliminate the signs of my diabetes.

Knowing this I took the whole body approach and fixed everything I could, unlocking the correct combination that cured me.
